Content Acquisition Manager

Remote USA | Practyce | Full time

The Role

As a Practyce Content Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, reviewing and onboarding the best yoga teachers from every corner of the world. You will be the expert in articulating and communicating the benefits of joining Practyce, including zero risk and unlimited opportunity to earn passive income. You will also be guiding the teachers through the signing of the contract, training them in uploading their content, and coaching them in building a healthy class portfolio.

The role\'s primary responsibilities include:

Onboarding Yoga teachers, ensuring timely content generation, and growing the Practyce content library. You will be working with cross-functional teams and external partners on marketing campaigns with the aim of obtaining and retaining memberships. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, tech-savvy yoga enthusiast with critical thinking skills, attentive to details and isn\'t afraid to roll up their sleeves as needed.

What you will do

• Find and evaluate the best yoga teachers through networking with studio owners and teachers, and through the web
• Participate in all aspects of content acquisition such as onboarding teachers and negotiating content acquisition, explaining the contract and royalty payment in simple terms, build and nurture ongoing teacher relationships
• Oversee the content acquisition and successful publishing of the content onto Practyce
• Provide performance metric on teachers and content, make recommendations on content acquisition activities to the product team & senior management
• Facilitate product recommendations for new features and enhancements
• Gather customer needs and feedback from customer support team, and frequent research and testing
• Work with internal teams to drive clear and concise marketing messages such as one-pagers, promotional videos, social media posts, website copy, and blog posts to fuel membership growth and SEO ranking
• Support or coordinate community events to promote Practyce and/or Practyce teachers
• Support product team by participating in UAT, user validation of product new feature

What you will bring

• 200-hour yoga teacher certification
• Bachelor\'s degree
• Savvy experience in working with yoga teachers and content creators in the yoga industry
• Experience working with video content metadata maintenance and workflow
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• Skills to manage a fast-paced and highly changing environment with minimal supervision
• Collaboration with the product team, designers, and marketing team to identify opportunities for product improvements
• Creation of clear and concise marketing messages
• Proficiency using JIRA, Google Suite tools, and WordPress
• Basic knowledge of Image Relay, BaseCamp, iStock, Tableau, Airtable, NetSuite and Zendesk
• Intermediate level of understanding of the yoga industry from both content provider and consumer perspectives

Travel

This position may require occasional domestic travel.
