Overview
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for all accounts payable functions of the facility, including viewing all incoming invoices, matching purchase orders to invoices, and entering invoices into the system.
Responsibilities
Monitors the integrity of the accruals and researches questionable items. Researches any discrepancies between the accounts payable system and the general ledger.
