Job Description
Westside Habitats LLC is a Los Angeles based property management company, specializing in revitalizing apartment buildings in some of the city\xe2\x80\x99s best neighborhoods. We are looking for a driven and intelligent person to complement our Accounts Payable team Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Daily data entry, and accounting administrative tasks
- Utility (DWP, Edison, etc.) reconciliations
- Inventory reconciliations
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, and to work independently in an organized manner
- Excellent written and communication skills
