Receivable, Accounts Payable, Revenue booking
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow a system of accounting policies and procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain an adequate system of accounting records
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in Title work
\xef\x82\xb7 Cash management, including ensuring accounts payable are paid timely and contracts in transit
are collected timely
\xef\x82\xb7 Review business official initial sales documents and ensure the transactions are posted timely
\xef\x82\xb7 Other duties as directed by the Controller
\xef\x82\xb7 Produce various reports as needed
\xef\x82\xb7 Reconcile accounts as directed by the Controller
\xef\x82\xb7 Accounting or bookkeeping background or equivalent business experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial data
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency with Word and Excel
\xef\x82\xb7 Positive upbeat attitude in a professional and respectful work environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Competitive salary depending on experience as well as generous employee benefits. Hours are M-F 8-5
