Account Representative, Inside Sales\xe2\x80\x93 Ticketing
POSITION SUMMARY:
Handle incoming and outbound sales calls for various ticketing inventory.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell the benefits of using the various Coors Field options for personal use, client entertainment and employee functions.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, assisting with all needs throughout the sales process.
- Capitalize on upselling opportunities.
- Understanding of the policies, procedures, and other product knowledge of the ticketing department.
- Track all calls and provide thorough follow up with each lead.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or sports management, and/or combination of equivalent experience
- Self-motivated and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ WORK SCHEDULE:
- Year-round/part-time position, work schedule Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, evenings and weekends as needed. This is an in-person position.
SALARY RANGE:
- $20/hr plus commission eligible. This is a part time position not eligible for company benefits
