Yardi Project Manager Sparrow is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Yardi Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of Yardi, strong project management skills, and a customer service mindset. This role requires experience in Single Family property management and the ability to manage Yardi Analysts and Developers. The Yardi Project Manager will be responsible for driving performance and efficiencies across the organization through the effective use of Yardi. Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership Lead Yardi projects and ensure clear timelines, next steps, and accountability for work completion. Proactively communicate with department heads to understand short and long term needs and concerns. Analyze business requirements and select appropriate Yardi functionalities to meet needs. Implement new Yardi modules, create project plans, determine steps for roll out, ensure sufficient testing, and communicate changes to users. 2. Partner with Business to Make Processes More Efficient and Accurate Work with Offshore Developers to enable functionalities and create custom reports and dashboards to drive performance. Manage Sparrow Yardi team to manage tickets and execute projects. Serve as an internal advisor to user groups and make recommendations to help the business optimize Yardi. Lead processes to improve automation efforts and use data to drive performance. 3. Training and Change Implementation Work with Yardi Analyst and Trainer to train users so users can increase their skills and decrease Yardi errors. Create a training curriculum for Property Management staff. Lead/and or coordinate on a periodic basis, and as needed. Create onboarding tools for new employees. Write clear, user-friendly documentation to communicate changes and upgrades. Monitor new releases and work with business to determine which upgrades to implement. 4. Customer Service and Coach Mentality Coach users on how to find the information they are looking for in Yardi. Quickly and accurately answer \xe2\x80\x9chow to\xe2\x80\x9d questions in Yardi. Direct staff to the resources online, so users can increase skills and decrease errors and \xe2\x80\x9chow to\xe2\x80\x9d inquiries. 5. Resources & Partners Work closely with a full-time Yardi Analyst and liaise with Yardi professional services. Stay abreast of upcoming functionality Yardi changes. About the Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or other related field of study.

• 3+ years of project management experience and strong project leadership skills.

• 6+ years of Yardi experience.

• Deep knowledge of Yardi reporting tools.

• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Single Family industry experience, ideally in property management.

• Strong relationship-building skills.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate technical details and instructions to users in a user-friendly way.
