What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do: The Workplace Service Coordinator provides workplace services and administrative support to increase employee well-being, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. This position will report directly to the Director of Facilities.
The Workforce Services Coordinator will be responsible for the following primary duties:
Liaison to Property Management
Vendor Contact
Day to-Day Facility Operations
Process Work Orders
Coding Invoices
Process Incoming and Outgoing parcels \xe2\x80\x93 UPS/USPS
Inventory Management \xe2\x80\x93 ordering/stocking/maintaining supplies
Meeting Assistance \xe2\x80\x93 Set Up and Breakdown
Other Tasks as Designated
Collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings
Respond to after-hours emergencies

This is not inclusive and can and will evolve to include other tasks as deemed necessary.

Physical Requirements-
Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing)
Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs.
