Imua Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Back office Patient Service Coordinator to join our outpatient practice in Kihei. This clinic employs Physical and Massage Therapists- an experienced and passionate team of people who have wonderfully loyal patients and perform as a team to collaborate and challenge each other every day. As part of our team, you bring your unique contribution to our team while growing into the best version of yourself and help us do the same! You will be responsible for helping on the administrative side of delivering patient-centered care which includes answering phone calls to help direct patients\' care, doing verifications for physical & massage therapy, scheduling new patients for their initial evaluations and helping to seek out prescriptions and authorizations for continued physical and massage therapy in our clinics. What you need to be successful: * Provide excellent customer service in an outpatient clinic setting * Communicate well with our patients and other team members * Ability to work closely with all clinic staff- other Patient Service Coordinators, PT\'s, PTA\'s, and massage therapists- to create positive patient experiences, cultivate strong team relationships, and build morale. * Ability to be consistent with a weekly schedule * Ability to be adaptable with team members, be enthusiastic and proactive to get patients scheduled and to help create a positive impact in people\'s lives. Qualifications: **Medical or Customer Service Experience **Attention to detail and task-oriented office work **HS graduate or Associates degree at minimum **Computer skills, including the ability to use gmail, office/excel type programs or experience with Electronic Medical Records Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:
