Join our dynamic team as a Wingstop Cashier, where you'll be the friendly face greeting customers and ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. This role combines customer service, food handling, and cashier responsibilities in a fast-paced, quick service environment. Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS. Handle cash transactions efficiently and responsibly, including cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Prepare food items following safety and sanitation standards, including food safety and proper food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and kitchen stations through bussing and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff with basic culinary duties Ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards to uphold food safety protocols Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without compromising quality

Experience

Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math enhances performance in this role Background in food preparation, culinary activities, or restaurant experience is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
