Maintain security in the work area. Interaction with all departments and internal and external customers using positive communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Handling inbound/outbound couriers, i.e., FedEx, UPS, Airborne, Bus, DHL.
- Cash collection.
- Load customers/sales reps
- Heavy lifting.
- Maintain the outer area of Will Call.
- Product Returns.
- Maintain Will Call cooler & freezer.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- Prior clerical experience.
- Prior money-handling experience.
- Extensive Computer Literacy.
- Public and customer interaction experience.
- Telephone skills.
- Conflict resolution skill required ( Internal vs. External)
Education Required:
High School Diploma / GED required.
