ABOUT THE POSTION: We are seeking a motivated Operations Clerk/Will call tem member to join our business. The Operations clerk will serve callers, drivers, and will call customers by greeting and directing callers and drivers.

Schedule M-F 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Responsibilities:
Greets and directs customers and drivers both inbound and outbound in the will call desk.
Enters will calls, outbound trucks and inbound trucks into will call log spreadsheet.
Gathers manifests and organizes and seperates BOL\'s from driver load paperwork.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Balancing cash and preparing bank transactions.
Process online credit card processing, collections.
Manage the will call shipping and recieving scedule.
Keep supplies stocked and inventoried.
communicate with both operations and sales for scheduling and resolving problems.
Must be friendly & professional.
Help with special projects/ general admin duties.
