Description

The Product Management team within Trusts & Estates is responsible for driving product development, improving processes and controls, and ensuring quality investing and administration of trust and estate accounts. As an Executive Director, you will partner with business leads in the Trust & Estate and Investment Management to lead investing related initiatives and provide education to all key stakeholders. In addition to business leaders, you will be actively engaging with technology, operations and controls partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Knowledge center for appropriate investing in trust & estate accounts
  • Lead representative for Trusts & Estates business on regulatory initiatives (e.g., Suitability)
  • Lead representative for Trusts & Estates business on Asset & Wealth Management investing related initiatives (e.g., Managed Account Transformation)
  • Provide training of appropriate investing in trusts & estates to Trust Officers and Investors
  • Manage and develop talent

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Experience in wealth management, private banking, investments, and/or trusts and estates preferred
  • Relevant experience in leadership position
  • Experience in leading or supporting large scale change management initiatives
  • Bachelor\'s Degree required
