The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Product & Experience teams provides centralized Product support for the twelve JPMWM Products. Our vision is to provide expert support to our products at critical stages of the agile delivery lifecycle. By assisting them centrally we create Portfolio level reporting, standards, practices, controls and transparency. Our mission is to strive for business excellence while supporting end-to-end delivery & governance for the JPMWM Product & Technology teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Head of Product Portfolio
  • Drive transparency across our product roadmaps and align the priorities between our channels
  • Work with the heads of our Wealth Management business to ensure the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Assets Wealth Management and Consumer Community Bank Digital product roadmaps support business priorities
  • Responsible for validating Product priorities across the entire JPMWM Product suite, CCB and AWM area products, by working with internal stakeholders to achieve clarity and agreement
  • Develop and manage a detailed product schedule and work plan
  • Provide product updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in business, business management or other related fields
  • 5+ years of financial services experience. Preferably in the areas of Business Management, Product Management
  • Experience with an Agile technology and/or product organization, ability to understand technical concepts
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Outstanding leadership abilities
  • Previous budget and finance management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insights
