Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory flow.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of shipping and receiving activities in company systems (e.g., ERP or WMS).
Assist with freight quotes, rate negotiations, and logistics cost analysis.
Requirements:
Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
and
English

Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination (1-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with overseas partners and internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with shipping or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with freight forwarders or customs brokers.
Knowledge of Incoterms and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes.
