About this role

We\'re seeking a Vice President of Product Management who will craft and deliver our vision of the Total rewards, Org design and Work measurement product portfolio. In this role, you\'ll own the creation of strategy to win in the space and build a portfolio of products to solve critical customer needs. You will lead the messaging, positioning, and growth of our product suite, which includes pay databases, job architecture, and job design related products. You will also drive the AI and ML roadmap to support these applications within Korn Ferry\'s Intelligence Cloud. You will also drive the tech ecosystem and partnership roadmap. You\'ll partner with fellow product managers, data science, data engineers, architects, and engineers to contribute to the overall success of the team\'s roadmap and initiatives.

Analyze market research to define competitive landscape and articulate to the broader team.

Uncover customer pain points and identify market opportunities.

Create business case and get approval for funding from senior leadership.

Define product user personas and goal workflows.

Work with vertical business leaders and go-to-market teams to create, launch and scale packaged solutions for our market leading customers to improve their end user experiences.

Collect customer, market, and functional feedback to refine and improve future iterations of the offer.

Conceptualize, develop, and direct the execution of technology platform, services, and capabilities.

Serve as the domain expert.

Identify opportunities to adopt Artificial Intelligence to drive better user outcomes.

Strategic influencing skills to ensure alignment to strategic objectives across functions, departments, and stakeholders.

Success in working with decentralized agile development teams across international regions and with external vendor partners.

Strong understanding of architectural design and best practices that will continually modernize the suite and allow for deployment across international regions.

Engage in technical conversations, weighing technology choices, and communicating at varying levels of abstraction.

Manage all aspects of platform product capability throughout the product life cycle, from definition to sunset.

Collaborate with Client Success teams on platform features as needed for keeping customers happy.

Understand the market/terrain through constant direct and indirect interaction with customers, prospects, go-to-market leaders, and analysts.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software product management experience including experience in a platform or technical product management role leading complex, technical initiatives across product and engineering teams.
• Experience in the total rewards, org design or work measurement domains
• Experience working with technology partners and vendors, evaluating APIs and partner integrations. Experience with HRIS, ATS, Compensation management systems, and related technology ecosystem.
• Experience working on platform infrastructure projects, such as metrics and data collection for data science, access control, privacy as examples.
• Experience in collecting competitive intelligence, market requirements and developing strategies and business cases per market segments.
• Expertise practicing Agile methodologies (Scrum, etc.)
• Strong analytical abilities, growth/metrics orientation, and problem-solving acumen
• Creative thinker and innovator.
• Proven team leadership, project management and group facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work collaboratively with highly distributed teams across different time zones.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high growth and dynamic environment.

Education

• Bachelor\'s degree required.
