We are a production\'s best ally every step of the way. #OneCastOneCrew Vice President and Head of Product, FTVS Position Overview The Vice President and Head of Product Strategy will be responsible for growing our suite of digital products and ensure best-in-class services for our Film, TV & Streaming clients. This is a proven leader who can create strategic vision for our product lines by defining product roadmap and driving product strategy for a portfolio of products. This position partners with Engineering, Sales, Operations, amongst other leadership and stakeholders to accelerate market traction, develop and execute product vision, and drive business growth for current and future next-generation products. Core Responsibilities

  • Develop corporate strategy, budgeting, and revenue modeling develop and manage a long-term product growth strategy
  • Own product requirements, strategy, and roadmaps for the entire product line, including new products and enhancements to our existing products to meet changing market and competitive need
  • Empower the Product Management teams as thought leadership in market trends to identify and anticipate user, platform, and infrastructure need and create a culture of agility
  • Manage objectives, key business metrics, product outcomes and multiple execution processes with varying levels of risk and visibility at the Executive level
  • Actively assist with daily allocation of resources and coordinate activities across concurrent work streams
  • Drive development of models that drive client acquisition, engagement, retention, and referrals Drive holistic user-centered product development balancing consumer, internal stakeholder, and business needs
  • Develop data-driven models and analytical approaches to determine business performance, growth and emerging opportunities
  • Influence our product partners internally and externally with technical insights to deliver platform offerings and implementation guidance and guardrails to ensure long-term performance and sustainability
  • Gathers feedback from sales, payroll operations, marketing, and customers to set the strategic vision for our existing products
  • Monitors the status of new product development, enhancements, or iterations, ensuring milestones, communications, and deliverables are current
  • Leverage data collected via growth-oriented KPIs and experiments to influence product roadmap and business strategy
  • Evangelize the software product to internal and external stakeholders
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience as a (B2B) product leader, with experience scaling products and managing cross-functional teams
  • At least 7-10 years of product development/management experience.
  • Proven experience in strategy development, opportunity identification, and execution of product and corporate growth strategy
  • Experience with enterprise product launches, including establishing and executing processes and building stakeholder buy-in
  • Confident and engaging leadership style; ability to interface with business decisionmakers, teams, and clients at a wide variety of levels
  • Experience with leading competitive research, customer research and business analysis and methodologies Present strategies and analysis to the Executives and other leadership or stakeholders
  • Track record of making data-driven decisions and ability to balance priorities based on team-consensus; ability to track and communicate effects of changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred (MBA a plus)
  • Experience developing API-based solutions, specifically for fin-tech or comparable financial systems
  • Solid knowledge of the entertainment payroll industry
Special Work Conditions
  • Sedentary \xe2\x80\x93 Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.


Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is:
$180,000\xe2\x80\x94$220,000 USD
