Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • You will create the go-to-market plan for the products under their oversight, by utilizing our internal marketing channels and capabilities (email, banners, branch communications), as well as help inform our external strategy (paid media, social, PR, etc).
  • You will partner across lines of business (LOBs) to build relationships and craft marketing strategies that support multiple LOB goals and objectives.
  • You will own the end-to-end discovery and implementation of new marketing integration opportunities by reviewing customer journeys and developing their leadership as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • You will analyze marketing performance, customer insights, and key industry competitors in order to recommend and prioritize areas of opportunity.
  • You will help manage our requests for market research holistically and maintain an overall roadmap of prioritized asks.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Marketing background required, preferably with digital-first marketing initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience, financial services industry preferred
  • Previous people management experience preferred

  • Work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment while juggling a variety of workstreams
  • Navigate senior stakeholder meetings and confidently influence decisions for alignment
  • Collaborate with strategy partners to better understand each supported product and their KPIs
  • Manage a direct report (with potential for team to grow over time)
