Job responsibilities:

As the Marketing Strategy VP you will partner across Chase\'s CoBranded Card, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to help build customer marketing strategies and deepen engagement on their CoBranded card and expand their relationship with Chase. Marketing strategies span entire customer lifecycle (new customer, existing customer, and retention), diverse set of customer treatments (card lending, spend, merchant offers and banking products such as deposits, wealth management, auto, and home lending), marketing channel performance, and assessments.

You will be responsible for understanding the strategic objectives and leveraging data and market insights, identifying new insights and opportunities that will develop new and refine existing strategies. Specifically, you will lead or support strategy development in delivering ongoing and real-time campaign analytics to optimize performance and investments, analyzing across all customer treatments to create holistic view and customer-centric view, and provide partner level analytics to quantify value and secure partner approvals and engagement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Master\'s or Bachelor\'s Degree required
  • Background/experience in marketing, strategy, and analytics required; credit card experience preferred
  • 7+ years of work experience
  • Be a self-starter with a proven track record of developing compelling marketing strategies and analytics that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
  • Strategic and creative thinker that will identify new and innovative opportunities
  • Team player with interpersonal skills and leadership potential collaborating across CoBrand organization, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Execution
  • Automate and advance analytics and reporting through Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe
