VP - Engineering Remote (Global) $150k - $240k Full-Time

Youll Be Responsible for...
Overseeing and establishing production-level processes around:

System admin/security
Work allocation
System architecture
Front-end systems

MUST HAVE:
Full stack web developer minimum 5 years of experience
open-source experience (personal projects count)
Interest and some experience with AI (personal experience counts)
Good experience with Three.js, React, Node.js, Solidity, Javascript, C++
must have shipped software end to end - > from start to finish
Happy to see profiles where candidates didn\'t have experience with people management - > this role more focused on the technical involvement rather than people management
Youre a Good Fit if...

You are/have:
Working at least 5 years as a technological leader at a high-growth startup
An experienced technologist who can help to scale processes, iterate on early-stage product and grow our tech team and culture
Interest in LLMs and generative AI
Expert at Three.js, React, Node.js, Solidity, Javascript, C++
Experience shipping applications on PC, iOS and Android
Bonus: You are a polyglot
Bonus: You\'ve built your own game engine
