The transaction establishes the CCM business as an independent company, with an interim name of ClaimsXten Portfolio.\xc3\x82 ClaimsXten Portfolio has a long history as a trusted partner and market leader in primary claim editing, delivering value through savings, operational efficiencies, and long-standing partner relationships.

Position:

Engineering executive with a proven track record of delivering market leading innovation at scale for leading SaaS products.

Lead the product and engineering teams, and play a critical role in the overall direction and execution of the company\'s research and development strategy. Manage day-to-day engineering operations and work closely with the leadership team and stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.

This role has significant leadership accountability and must have the ability to understand the company\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s short- and long-term product strategy and drive product deliverables. This role will also work closely with the executive team, as well as product and engineering leaders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product and engineering teams, provide technical direction to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality network products and services.
  • Participate in the evolution of technology and product strategy, and contribute to the overall direction of the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing to define and execute the company\'s product roadmap.
  • Recruit top talent to join the engineering team and create a positive, productive, and engaging work environment for the team.
  • Own cross-team collaboration and ensure seamless integration of engineering work with other company areas.
  • Maintain a hands-on engineering approach to provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the team.
  • Owns integrations, testing, and DevOps practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong domain knowledge in network engineering, device authentication (SIM/eSIM), and mobile core functionality.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • A successful candidate must have previous private equity and high growth experience
  • Experience in building and launching complex software systems.
  • Have a passion for continuous improvement; have built learning organizations that keep up with industry innovations
  • Be responsible for delivering products that delight customers while managing the health of the code base through continuous refactoring and management of technical debt
  • Obsess over great user experiences and will be a partner to product management and engineering, sales, operations, and other parts of the business
  • Proven experience in managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Travel:
  • 25-50% for offsite client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

The applicable base pay for your state is listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, ClaimsXten Portfolio offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $159,210.00 - $495,480.00
