ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This highly visible role is responsible for all residential sales channels and strategies, including direct sales (door-to-door), contact center, Dobson communities (MDU), and retail. The VP of Residential Sales is responsible for all customer and revenue growth throughout our expansive Fiber to the Home (FTTH) deployment. This individual will help identify, develop, and execute various strategic initiatives to drive sales while working cross-functionally throughout the organization. This is a critical role as we expand our 10 Gigabit fiber network at an unprecedented rate.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Establish and execute the sales strategy across all sales channels, including door-to-door, contact center, Dobson communities (MDU), and retail.
  • Manage contract partner channel relationships.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop, implement, and measure targeted marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Gain market share, grow revenue, and generate profitable business within all markets.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Consistently deliver strategic plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional marketing, finance, construction, and service delivery groups.
  • Develop sales training programs to improve the effectiveness of new hires and tenured reps.
  • Utilize customer insights, analytics, and competitive market knowledge to identify new opportunities, potential issues, and risks.
  • Successfully manage assigned resources and expense budgets.
  • Assist in creating effective sales organization design including compensation plans, incentive programs, and career development training.
  • Develop a comprehensive MDU strategy targeting right of entry and bulk properties.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PROFILE
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in leadership along with five years minimum in Telecommunications, Cable, or Fiber
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to approach tasks independently and work as part of a team.
  • A professional demeanor is required to represent our company to our customers and the community.
  • Proficient experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be willing to work overtime as time-sensitive projects dictate.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
  • Must have reliable transportation, current automobile insurance and a clean MVR.
