The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for building the Solis brand, leading the Solis marketing strategy, growing patient visits and loyalty, and supporting the creation of strong health system partner relationships. The VP of Marketing will understand how to attract and engage patients, cultivate new patient referral sources through marketing programs, and collaborate with internal team leaders and external resources to ensure the Solis brand represents the very best mammography experience for women in the U.S.

The role is responsible for both Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business marketing as well as internal communications for Solis associates. The VP of Marketing will collaborate with peers on the market and clinic expansion to ensure new markets and new health system partners are supported effectively to grow patient visits and loyalty. Passion for patients, marketing prowess, transparent collaboration and nimble adaptability will be traits important for a successful candidate and experience in healthcare and retail are valued.

Results Measured by the Following Responsibilities:

B2C Marketing

  • Implement and cultivate the marketing strategy to build the patient base and marketplace reputation.
  • Lead the Solis Mammography brand development, visual identity and brand standards.
  • Provide vision and build plans to attract, serve and establish loyal advocacy from patients in existing and new markets.
  • Create campaigns to compel patients to choose Solis over other providers and book appointments.
  • Identify and cultivate patient customer segments for women age 38 and over with systematic analytic rigor to reach and attract first-timers, loyal, skeptical and switching patients.
  • Define and execute high ROI local marketing programs in each Solis market and in partnership with each Solis health system partner.
  • Establish marketing spending and marketing mix allocation to the right choices of advertising, digital, website, PR, collateral and other mix elements to deliver expected ROI.
  • Apply wide range of social, digital, web and advocacy techniques to drive Solis presence in new marketing channels.
  • Identify and curate the Solis Center on-location branding and patient experience, including patient journey and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Solis executives on pricing strategies.
  • Recommend and be accountable for budgets, forecasts, performance and T&E spending.
  • Establish and track marketing performance metrics.
  • Build and develop a strong marketing team and agencies to deliver on the marketing plans.
  • Lead all of these to ensure success for both existing and new expansion markets
B2B Marketing
  • Build Solis reputation publicly to attract and engage existing and new health system partners (in collaboration with Solis Business Development team).
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to expand outreach to referring physicians (in collaboration with Solis Sales team).
  • Represent Solis at tradeshows and conferences for various influencer groups.
  • Provide lead generation marketing to the Sales team and support them with appropriate collateral.
Internal Communications
  • Partner with HR, Operations, Sales and other functions to establish and execute internal communications in all channels to Solis Associates.
  • Participate in leading Solis culture and supporting it with appropriate communications as significantly more new Solis associates join the company during the business expansion.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or related specialty, required.
  • Ten years of demonstrated experience in a retail or retail healthcare marketing leadership role, required.
  • Demonstrated competency and results in B2C and B2B marketing, required.
  • Demonstrated results developing a business lead pipeline, required.
  • Extensive marketing experience in local marketing, digital, communications, and broad marketing mix, required.
  • Demonstrated results and commitment to performance measurement, required.
