SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE Blackwatch International is seeking an VP of Finance for its GovCon practice. You will be responsible for supporting senior leadership personnel by coordinating with Business Operations, Administration, and Business Development. Duties include relaying information about business objectives or company policy changes to peers and program managers, meeting with company Executives to develop business strategies and overseeing department projects or initiatives. Strength in planning forecasting, DCAA, cost accounting, cost-plus contracts and pricing all preferred. Desire to work in a small but rapidly growing organization under little direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidate must be proficient in Unanet cost accounting system
• Report directly to the President of Blackwatch
• Experience as a Controller or Finance Manager of a small sized business
• Proficient in ADP NOW systems (HR/Payroll systems)
• Manage all Finance and Accounting functions of the company (AR/AP, GL, PFC, Invoicing, etc)
• Supervisory and leadership skills managing a Program Financial Manager
• Setting goals for programs
• Leading corporate Monthly Operating Reviews
• Guiding program level reviews
• Manage banking relationships and interfaces
• Manage relationship with corporate auditors
• Manage interface with DCAA
• Some understanding of FAR and the ability to price proposals and develop
  Cost Narratives

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS Accounting or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred)
• U.S. Citizen
