West Allis Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to become part of our team. We are a high quality, multi-doctor hospital with an established, yet growing client base. Our hospital has been providing veterinary care to cats and dogs in the West Allis area for well over 100 years. This is a position with a flexible schedule, though some weekend availability is a requirement. We are truly a group of individuals who have created a work family of mutual respect, while also being able to let loose and have fun. We actively work to create an environment with no drama. Our Client Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact with our clientele and as such a fun and outgoing personality is a must. We are a veterinary facility with our main goal being to provide excellent medical care to our patients, however no dog or cat has ever visited our facility without bringing their human companion along! Our CSR duties include managing multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments and checking in clients, collecting payment, triaging phone calls and answering client questions as able. The ability to prioritize and multi-task are imperative for success. The possibility of cross-training with our technical team is a real potential for the right candidate as well. Our client lobby is filled with large windows, making it a bright and welcoming environment to work. We have a seasonal pet photo set-up for our clients which they love, and it also helps develop those personal relationships with them.
