As a member of the Lee Animal Hospital team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our patients and providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for individuals who are versatile and adaptable, as this position may involve a combination of responsibilities depending on your experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

Veterinary Receptionist

Greet clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming attitude. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book. Educate clients on pet care and medication administration. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies. Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries. Handle client billing and process payments. Maintain and update client records. Assist with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer care is preferred*
Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in English. Bilinguals (Spanish, Korean, Chinese or others) are strongly welcome. Compassionate and dedicated to animal care. Ability to lift and restrain animals; should be able to lift a 60 lbs dog if needed. Proficiency in computer and office software. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Love for animals and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service. Flexibility in working hours, including mornings and evenings.

Wage:

$17.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour depending on experience, skill, training, and education

Schedule:

Starting Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the possibility of additional days after discussion.
