Bay Animal Hospital is hiring an outgoing Client Care Specialist to become the next member of our incredible team. In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This is a

fast-paced hospital environment with 4-5 doctors seeing appointments daily

, ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.


This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:


1+ years of client service experience

Previous veterinary experience is required

Proficiency in the following skills + handle high call volume
+ excellent customer service skills
