Suntree Animal Clinic is an privately owned, Full Service Veterinary Hospital in Melbourne, FL. We are seeking a compassionate, detail oriented Veterinary Receptionist with a friendly, professional demeanor that can remain calm during stressful situations.
We are a busy practice opened Monday through Saturday(no overnights) . Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients upon arrival, updating information, scanning and attaching medical records as applicable into our Veterinary Software program, verifying previous vaccine history with other Veterinary Clinics, checking clients out, follow up status calls, addressing client concerns as directed by Veterinarians and hospital protocols, have knowledge of Veterinary Terminology and basic computer proficiency.
