We are seeking an experienced, motivated

Certified Practice Manager (CPM)

to support our team, clinic operations, and culture of high-quality care in a collaborative, professional environment.

About the Role

The Certified Practice Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, support and mentor staff, and partner closely with the medical director to ensure smooth workflow, strong team culture, and clear, effective communication across the practice.
The Practice Manager plays a key role in supporting a clinic culture that prioritizes

quality medical care, ethical standards, and clear communication

, while ensuring efficient operations and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support staff with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and professionalism Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling, and workflow optimization Develop, implement, and maintain

procedures and protocols

that support a high standard of care Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Foster a positive, respectful workplace culture Support excellent client service through efficient systems and staff guidance Manage multitasking demands in a fast-paced clinical environment with strong attention to detail Demonstrates strong financial stewardship, including inventory management, budgeting awareness, and ensuring pricing structures appropriately support high-quality medical care and practice sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM)

credential strongly preferred

Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)

strongly preferred Minimum

5 years of experience

in the veterinary field Proven experience in

interpersonal leadership and team management

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to generate and implement procedures and protocols efficiently Alignment with a practice philosophy emphasizing

high-quality, patient-centered medical care and ethical decision-making

Professional, reliable, and collaborative work style
