• Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).
• Maintain housekeeping and safety of facility by monitoring levels of trash in compactors, open-top containers, and trash line; removing and baling cardboard from trash line and reporting trash levels.
• Process merchandise and pallets by moving pallets to staging areas and put away locations using power equipment.
• Ensure sufficient quantities of boxes are available for order fillers by monitoring levels and replenishing as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive inbound trucks and prepare trucks for shipping by loading and unloading
• Operate power equipment including but not limited to Forklift, Pallet Rider, Bander, Compactor, Baler, & Reach Truck
• Prepare and condense pallets as well as perform audits
• Process Company fixtures and determine the correct disposition based on established Company procedures

Wage & Benefits: Full Time: Starting at $20.95-$24.45/hr** (with wage progression - $0.50 increases at 90, 180, 360, 540, 720, and $1/hr at 900 days)

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Desire to work in environment that can be fast paced
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 60 lbs independently and ask for a team lift on heavier items

Should you be offered and accept a role at Walmart Real Estate Warehouse #10805, you are expected to be willing to learn and be able to drive Power Lifting Equipment of various models. It is not a requirement to have any experience doing so, but candidates must be willing to learn and drive them. This might not be a daily task, but the possibility exists. Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hour a day

• S1: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 6am-2pm
• S2: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 2pm-10pm
