Position Summary

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day oversight and operational activities of a team of U3000 Implementation Managers (IMs) within Client Operations. The U3000 IMs own a book of business managing the implementation process for new and renewing clients in the U3000 Segment. The manager is responsible for ensuring timely and quality delivery of client installation and maintenance tasks and ensuring escalated issues are handled timely and appropriately.

This position includes utilizing management tools and active management behaviors to lead a team of IMs who are responsible for:

1) Presenting implementation plans to clients and brokers for new and renewing business;

2) Partner with Sales and client to obtain critical information necessary for set-up;

3) Engaging internal matrix partners on escalated implementation issues including but not limited to billing, banking, eligibility, and plan set-up.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of U3000 IMs utilizing the following tools and active management behaviors to monitor throughput and make daily adjustments to maximize productivity:

  • Management Operating System, Vista and Tableau
  • Lead daily meetings with team to manage daily workload, make assignments, provide direction, conduct proactive workload balancing and remove barriers to ensure team meets deliverables and commitments.
Work with team and partner with Managers of other matrix partner teams on escalated issues and issue resolution. Utilize reporting and analysis to understand root cause to prevent repeat occurrences of issues at local and global level.

This position will partner closely with the Managers in Client Operations to positively influence client and customer results ensure market level specifics are managed tightly within the team and all team members are supporting goals of the market to positively influence the client experience.

Utilizing the tools from the Management Operating System, provide Director and Sales Partners with status of team deliverables, client escalations and process opportunities.

This position will be responsible for the ongoing development of staff including providing feedback, coaching and ongoing development. Additionally, this position is responsible for building and fostering relationships with matrix partners while driving toward issue resolution.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years work experience in project management/account management/account services/sales, or other areas requiring significant client interaction and ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution highly required.
  • 2+ years of management experience highy preferred.
  • Experience managing in a virtual team preferred.
  • Experience managing complex operational work units.
  • CIT, Facets, end to end implementation timeline preferred.
  • Strong Inventory Management Skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Strong people assessment skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with individuals at various levels.
  • Proven track record of effectively driving change through strong partnerships and engagement with front-line staff, management and customers.
  • Strong communication skills; written, oral and listening skills.
  • Strong desire to be part of a high energy, integrated team.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 84,400 - 140,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
