Comploy HR PEO is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to join our growing team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own client engagement and coordination for the entire implementation lifecycle
• Simultaneously manage multiple client implementations with various end dates
• Collaborate with client contacts and internal departments
• Trouble-shoot system issues for clients and coworkers
• Conduct employee onboarding and implementations, user training, system setup, configuration, and demonstration of products
• Ensure a warm client transfer to the service team after a successful payroll process
• Demonstrate in depth working knowledge and understanding of the system & technicality function, and various HR topics (including payroll, HR, compliance, and benefits)
• Break down complex concepts into easy, understandable ways for the client to understand

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of client success or client implementation experience in a PEO preferred
• Experience using the iSolved platform required
• Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, and/or general business administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Highly proficient in project planning
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:
