WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Treasury Analyst who will be responsible for overseeing the Treasury related functions for the company.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform and manage multiple tasks as well as interact with multiple departments and third-party stakeholders satisfactorily. A successful Treasury Analyst will be a team player and an individual contributor. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for oversight of all bank accounts through either opening or closing accounts, completion of documentation to add/remove signatories and request required services with the bank. This includes regular review of open bank accounts to assess ongoing need for the account and provide recommendations to management regarding closure and/or consolidation.
  • Enter wires and bank transfers for all bank accounts checking for proper approvals and monitor approval process until completed. Send wire/direct debit support to all required departments and vendor when necessary. Administrative responsibility for all bank accounts (user set up, assignment entitlements, limits, password management, order tokens. In addition, responsible to resolve bank issues, request checks and review bank fees)
  • Review bank transactions daily to resolve issues quickly, approve bank exceptions that arise (i.e., check and ACH payee issues, direct debit requests, fraudulent transactions).
  • Administrative responsibility for all on-line banking portals (user set up, assignment entitlements, limits, password management, token administration). In addition, responsible for resolution of bank issues and check management checks for non-system accounts.
  • Be the liaison between the banks regarding any issues that cannot be answered by shared service department. Work with AR to align customers to the appropriate lockbox and assist in the communication with vendors of the new lockbox
  • Provide support to Payroll Department by managing the HSA upload process and researching employee contribution issues.
  • Responsible for cash forecasting including tracking of AR receipts, forecasted payroll and accounts payable transactions as well as any acquisition and debt related payments.
  • Coordinate debt and interest repayments with the Administrative Agent. This includes submission of notifications per the terms of the debt agreement, validation of any interest or fees and support of accounting by providing bank notices and tracking interest and payments.
  • Document and maintain an adequate system of internal controls surrounding the Treasury functions. This includes ensuring all payments have the appropriate level of approval and the required number of approvals.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of treasury and/or banking operations experience preferred.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.
  • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Detail oriented and organized with strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.
