We are currently looking for a

Project Manager

to join our Controls team. The location for position is flexible and can be based anywhere, depending on project needs and assignments. Our ideal candidate for a

Traveling Project Manager

is someone who has

7+ years of experience

and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Primary responsibilities for eagle's Traveling Project Manager include:

Supporting Project Managers in overseeing the full lifecycle of BAS projects, from design and installation to programming and commissioning for commercial facilities. Working closely with engineers and technicians to develop detailed system layouts, wiring diagrams, and project plans using tools like AutoCAD and Revit. Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of BAS with HVAC, energy management, and mechanical systems. Assisting with configuring and troubleshooting DDC controls and BACnet communication protocols to optimize system performance. Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project completion.

Primary qualifications for eagle's Traveling Project Manager include:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in BAS, controls, or HVAC project coordination, preferably within the commercial mechanical construction industry. Proficiency with BACnet, DDC controls, and BAS platforms; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Visio is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven working experience in the St. Louis and Nashville areas, demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment to projects.
