Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction (Traveling) Project Manager - Multifamily to oversee multifamily construction projects across various locations. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.

• Lead and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction phases.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project milestones are met.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
