Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Lima, Ohio -- earn up to ($1922 - $2023 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patient vital signs and telemetry data.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Utilize telemetry equipment effectively for patient monitoring.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Assist in achieving departmental performance targets and goals.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Provide emotional support to patients and families during care.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Ohio with telemetry certification.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Proven experience in telemetry nursing with strong patient assessment skills.
Ability to achieve departmental performance targets and goals.
Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and families.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Competence in utilizing telemetry equipment for monitoring.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Experience in documenting patient care activities accurately.
Emotional intelligence to provide support to patients and families.
