- Conducts comprehensive assessments of members' needs and eligibility using clinical tools and data review.

- Interprets applicable criteria, guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure proper management of benefits.
- Utilizes case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Communicates effectively to facilitate assessment, planning, and advocacy for health options and services.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Work environment: Fully remote.
- Job duration: 13 weeks.
- Remote/on-site/hybrid: Fully remote.
- Shift/hours: 8 am to 5 pm, weekdays.
- RN with current unrestricted state licensure.
