Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting. Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Educate patients and families on care procedures. Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Contribute to a positive team environment and culture.

Experience/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas with ICU experience preferred. Proven ability to monitor and assess critically ill patients effectively. Experience in administering medications and treatments in an ICU setting. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare teams. Ability to document patient care accurately and comprehensively. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Experience in educating patients and families about care procedures. Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands. Strong performance evaluation skills with a focus on individual accountability.
