We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas -- earn up to ($1895 - $1995 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting. Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Educate patients and families on care procedures and health management. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Support a positive team environment and contribute to team goals. Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Stay updated on best practices and advancements in ICU care.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Kansas with ICU experience required. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Eagerness to set and achieve performance targets in a results-driven environment. Proven ability to monitor and assess critical patient conditions. Strong knowledge of medication administration and treatment protocols. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare. Excellent communication skills for patient and family education. Experience in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Ability to utilize data for tracking patient outcomes and improving care.
