Job Description
Position: Travel LPN
Location: Spencer, WV
Contract Duration: 7+ Weeks
Shift Details: 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM
Hours per Week: 36.00
Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patients/residents by collecting vital signs, observing conditions, and promptly reporting changes to the healthcare team. Assist in developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians. Supervise, mentor, and ensure quality care provided by unlicensed support staff.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing. Active
LPN license
from the State Board of Nursing, or eligibility for licensure. CurrentBLS/CPR certification
(required for skilled nursing centers or as mandated by state regulations for assisted living facilities).Job Types: Contract, Travel nursing
Pay: Up to $44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.00 per week
Work Location: In person
