Job Description
What you'll do
Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Participate in discharge planning and educate patients and families on care instructions.

Pay: $47.00 - $51.00 per hour
