About the Role: We are looking for a Finance Lead to join the Global Finance Team supporting the Enterprise Transformation Office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and ensuring financial disciplines are established and maintained. You will be working with cross functional and project teams. The Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is responsible for efficient and consistent design and rollout of projects across the enterprise, focusing on business process changes in coordination with technology enablement across a broad spectrum of applications, with the primary project related to the enterprise-wide implementation of SAP S4 HANA.

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.*\xe2\x80\x8b

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide financial reporting for ETO and Enterprise Leadership
  • Support accounting requirements including identifying and correcting inaccuracies or gaps in accounting processes
  • Analyze monthly results to identify areas of concern and opportunity
  • Develop a forecast process for initiatives and the broader ETO team while managing total lifetime versus approved spending levels
  • Work with various stakeholders to understand detailed level spend and impact against plan
  • Create and or maintain the cost center structure and other processes related to associate transfers across project cost buckets
  • Leads one financial analyst
  • Partner with ETO leadership to develop processes, controls, tools, and metrics that drive robust financial management and best practices across the platform
  • Collaborate with divisional and functional leaders on value assessment and tracking of pre and post project initiatives.
  • Help develop business cases and operating models as well as a strategic framework for value realization initiatives that include IRR and NPV analysis to support prioritization
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance or business and minimum of 15 years of finance and business analysis experience including people leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sustainable relationships with key business stakeholders at all levels in an organization,
  • Highly motivated team player with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity in a dynamic, complex global environment while respectfully coordinating various cultural gaps
  • Demonstrated followership with the ability to effectively lead, network and influence across the organization, including indirect resources and third parties, while holding them accountable for results
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills with capability to translate complex information into business impact
  • US GAAP Working Knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a value realization or project management office either within industry or consulting
  • Applied understanding of planning, distribution, procurement, sales, and finance business process and data technologies
