Key Purpose
Office Services Lead oversees all aspects of Mail processing, Shipping & Receiving, Site Safety Champion, Coordinate IT Rack Moves/Adds/Changes, and Multi\xe2\x80\x90functional Printers. The Office Services Lead ensures all service is being performed to service-level-agreement standards and communicates with the customers on issues regarding Office Services.
Success Criteria

  • In partnership with internal and external stakeholders, understand upcoming priorities and link delivery to the needs of the business.
  • Collaborates with site leadership to ensure safety across the site, this role is the Site Safety Champion to include safety training, safety toll box talks, and safety inspections.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary to communicate either in person, email or by phone with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Participate and embrace the development opportunities within the group.
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct while using proper personal protective equipment as required.

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for the management of all shipping & receiving for site to include international & hazardous shipments while maintaining compliance and regulations.
  • Oversee daily activity of Office Services employees in assigned department
  • Create and submit client IT tickets
  • Responsible for creating and submitting employee evaluations for direct reports
  • Perform monthly KPI reporting, hazardous waste, volume tracking, and inspections
  • Comply with company safety rules, policies, and procedures, and willing to stop at-risk behavior

Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence
  • Support the Fort Collins and Longmont site teams
  • Active participation within the Site Leadership Team (SLT)
  • Communicate effectively and timely with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company
  • Participate in project, group, and team meetings as required
  • Identify and apply best practices and lessons learned

Ideal Candidate Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2\xe2\x80\x904+ years related leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in a warehouse environment
  • Required strong knowledge of MS Office, to include Outlook, Outlook Calendars, Word, Excel, and data entry knowledge
  • Familiar with Domestic and International shipping requirements
  • Familiar with basic photocopier/printer technology
  • Familiar with basic network protocol and terminology
  • Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
  • Must be able to interface at all levels throughout an organization and within a client\xe2\x80\x99s management structure
  • Proven track record of customer service satisfaction and outstanding customer services skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills required
  • Perform sensitive and confidential tasks

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Work is performed primarily in a Warehouse and Office setting
  • Must be able to lift packages and sacks, trays, and tubs of mail up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel frequently
  • Must be able to spend a large part of the day standing and moving around
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
