Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Tile Setter with proven experience in high-end residential and commercial finishes
. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of delivering precision craftsmanship on throughout projects. You'll work with premium materials, intricate layouts, and custom designs.Duties
Install tile, stone, and specialty materials with expert precision Execute complex layouts, patterns, and custom designs Prepare and level surfaces to ensure long-lasting, flawless results Mix, apply, and finish grout, thin-set, mortars, and setting materials Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades on upscale installations Maintain strict quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications Operate tools/equipment safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
5+ years of professional tile-setting experience
Demonstrated expertise in high-end or luxury finish work
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Strong understanding of industry standards, materials, and installation techniques Proficiency with wet saws, grinders, and specialty tile tools Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites Strong communication and time-management skills BONUS FOR PROVIDING PHOTOS OF PREVIOUS WORKJob Type: Full-time
