This position offers competitive compensation, with staff earning between $20 and $40 per hour based on an hourly wage, tips, and product commission. Responsibilities:

• Perform professional teeth whitening treatments for clients using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their whitening goals and expectations.
• Provide comprehensive oral care instructions and recommendations to clients for maintaining their whitened smiles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sterilized and sanitized.
• Keep accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and progress.
• Uphold We Whiten\'s exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for each client.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
• Attend ongoing training sessions and stay updated on the latest advancements in teeth whitening techniques and products.

Qualifications:

• We provide comprehensive training to all our Whitening Specialists (no prior training necessary).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work on an appointment-based schedule, including evenings and weekends.
