As a legal project specialist in the Legal Project Management Office (PMO), you\xe2\x80\x99ll function as a business project manager with an understanding of change management. You\xe2\x80\x99ll lead project teams through initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing project phases to achieve legal project objectives. Additionally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for business-specific project management deliverables which impact the House Counsel and Corporate Legal organizations. Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree and a minimum of 6 years related professional experience in legal initiatives or project management
- In lieu of a degree, 8 years related professional experience in legal initiatives or project management
- Demonstrating outstanding organization and project management skills with the ability to manage the delivery of high-quality, on-time solutions in a dynamic environment
- Exhibiting a strong commitment for action, handling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Successfully implemented Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, including the Adkar Model, on large-scale projects
- Approaching challenges and problem-solving with design-thinking
- Strong aptitude and interest in learning new programs and technology quickly
- $82,400-$109,900/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance
