Wyoming.com is growing and has openings for Technical Support Representatives.

$12 to $13 per hour, plus Full-Time Benefits.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about their internet and or email issues. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, VOIP and Fax. Identify and escalate customer internet connectivity issues by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

Proper phone etiquette. Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately. Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment. Effective listening skills. Multi-tasking capabilities; being able to type and speak at same time.
