Pro PDR needs a motivated, professional Customer Service/ Technical Support Representative to contribute full time in ensuring our customers receive great support. The Customer Service Representative will work in a team based atmosphere to receive incoming customer calls and provide updates via email, social media and telephone.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
Represent Pro PDR in a positive, professional way through daily communications
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Receive and enter customer orders via our website
Provide information about products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Support team members with assistance
Contribute to process improvements throughout the company, develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications andSkills
Previous customer service or related experience
Experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
