Job Description

The Technical Support Representative will assist customers with technical product questions and oversee warranty submissions.

Duties and Responsibilities



Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide technical assistance on products. Conducts investigations on warranty submissions to ensure product failure. Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' technical issues and concerns. Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities



Excellent communication skills including active listening. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Proficient in technical skills and the ability to learn new products.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
