We are seeking a
Tech Support
professional to provide
endpoint vulnerability remediation
and end-user support.
The role includes responding to service desk tickets, troubleshooting desktop vulnerabilities, and supporting Mac and Windows environments.
The candidate will utilize
ServiceNow
for incident management, support end users remotely, and participate in team projects and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
1+ year
remote help desk support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
1+ year
Mac support and
1+ year
Windows support experience
2+ years
end-user support experience
1+ year
experience with ServiceNow
1+ year
experience with vulnerability assessment tools (
Qualys, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust
)
Location: Richmond, VA or Plano, TX or McLean, VA - Hybrid Onsite role
Salary Range:
