We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has a few years of experience supporting the day-to-day technology operations of government institutions. The candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our client's users, ensuring smooth operations of IT systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for common problems
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their technical needs
Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Experience in help desk support and IT infrastructure
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Knowledge of computer management tools and desktop support techniques
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Manage
- Understanding of VPN technologies and remote access solutions
